These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of NAUVAN.
By placing an order or accepting an offer you are indicating that you agree with the delivery and payment terms.
NAUVAN reserves the right to change its delivery and / or payment terms at any time.
NAUVAN guarantees that the delivered product meets the contract and meets the specifications listed in the offer.
The prices mentioned for the products offered are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping, taxes or other charges unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.
All prices on the site are subject to misprints. For the consequences of misprints no liability is accepted.
Offers apply as usual as long as supplies last, or until the end of the predetermined action time.
Orders are only accepted if you fill out your name and legal address on the order form.
You can pay by using the following methods:
- Bank transfer
- Cash (pick up in Ghent)
Payment must be received before your item will ship. If payment is not received within 7 days after the order, the order will be canceled without any notice.
- Order will be executed only after receipt of payment.
- All orders are custom made to the customer. The production time for marble can last up to 3 months, the production time for corian 2 weeks. Once the order is completed, the orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days.
- You can always contact NAUVAN to make sure you have your purchase on time.
- All products are wrapped with the utmost care.
- Most products can be shipped worldwide.
- BPost or DHL sends packages express.
- NAUVAN is not responsible for custom fees and handling costs if orders are to be sent outside the EU.
BELGIAN LAW AND JURISDICTION
Belgian law is applicable to this agreement, even if implementation is given to an agreement wholly or partly abroad or if the buyer is domiciled there. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is excluded.
Any dispute will be adjudicated exclusively by the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
GUARANTEE AND RETURN
NAUVAN sincerely hopes that you are satisfied with your purchase.
All sales are final but in case you are truly not fully satisfied with your product(s), you can return the item(s) within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
If your order arrives in a million pieces, contact NAUVAN within 5 working days.The sad truth is, transport services are hard on packages. No matter how many layers of bubble wrap it is packed in. If this happens to you, here’s what you do:
1. Immediately photograph the package and the broken piece(s).
2. Contact NAUVAN within 5 working days after receipt of your package to let us know about the mishap. Don’t forget to send us the pictures of the package and the broken pieces.
3. We will work out together a solution to replace the broken pieces.
All returns/exchanges must be in new or unused condition in the original packaging. NAUVAN is not responsible for return shipping costs nor for handling charges. In case of a lost parcel when returning an item, NAUVAN cannot be held responsible.
NAUVAN can refuse or not refund returned articles in some specific cases:
– Articles that are made according to the specifications of the customer.(tailor-made, specific colors, personalized articles,…)
– The articles are used. (it is important to send back the products in the original packaging).
– The articles are returned damaged. Make sure to pack the articles very well and have them insured for transport.
– The article was discounted, in promotion.
